With observation notes on Oak and Ash, Cuckoo and Swallow, potatoes and strawberries and remarkable years. Also includes pinned newspaper clippings.

Full title for the table is "Thirty one years statistics as to "coming out" of Oak, Ash, and other trees, arrival of swallow and cuckoo, and beginning of hay and corn harvests".

Features a poem that reads:
"If the oak be out before the ash,
The rain that year, will be a splash:
If the ash be out before the oak,
The rain that year, will be a soak."
