Description | Extract of a letter from Mr. H. Jameson, Surgeon, H.M. Ship Winchester addressed to Sir William Burdett, Director General of the Naval Medical Department, dated Simons Bay, Cape of Good Hope and concerned two cases of poisoning from eating Toad fish. The letter was read at a meeting of the Linnean Society on the 7th June 1860.
