AdminHistory | The season called Out of LIFT was considered as preparation for LIFT '97 and an exploration of issues raised in LIFT '95, it was a laboratory to focus and explore specific aspects of contemporary performance and to develop ideas for, and enhance, the biennial festival. Out of LIFT 1996 focussed on theatre made for and by young people. It took place between 14-23 June and the programme consisted of:
