Grupo de Teatro Macunaíma, (Brazil) 'Macunaíma' Lyric Theatre Hammersmith 5-15 August; Het Werkteater, (Netherlands) 'One of Them (Zus of Zo)' Institute of Contemporary Arts 11-16 August; Suasana Theatre Ensemble, (Malaysia) 'Jentayu' Shaw Theatre 3-8 August; Teatr Osmego Dnia (Theatre of the 8th Day), (Poland) 'Ach, jakze godnie zyli?my (Oh, How Nobly We Lived)' New Half Moon 3-8 August and 'Wiecej niz jedno zycie (More Than Just One Life)' New Half Moon 10-15 August; Teatr Provisorium, (Poland) 'Nie nam lecie? na wyspy szcze?liew (It is not for us to fly to the Islands of Happiness)' Institute of Contemporary Arts 4-9 August; The Tamagawa Dance and Drama Group, (Japan) 'Bekkanko - An Ogre' Tricycle Theatre 10-15 August.

The Festival Club was held at the Piccadilly Suite, Piccadilly Hotel and included: Beach Buoys (Simon McBurney and Neil Bartlett), (UK); Forkbeard Fantasy, (UK); Lol Coxhill; Mike Westbrook.

The Street Theatre programme took place in Paternoster Square, Covent Garden Piazza, St Martin in the Fields, The South Bank, and consisted of: Medieval Players, (UK); Natural Theatre Company, (UK); Ompholos and Workshop; The Performers.
